Nitrogen gas pressurisation ensures optimal performance by preventing oil aeration.
Paired with these shocks are Old Man Emu coil springs, manufactured from state-of-the-art micro-alloyed spring steel. These springs are double scragged and shot peened to enhance spring life and provide superior resistance to sagging and corrosion, ensuring consistent ride height and load-carrying capacity for your Jimny GJ.
This comprehensive suspension system for the Suzuki Jimny GJ also includes vital fitting components to maintain optimal vehicle geometry and performance after a lift. It comes with a cross member replacement kit, specifically designed by ARB to provide essential clearance for the front drive shaft, which can contact the OEM cross member at full droop with increased suspension travel. Additionally, a panhard bracket kit, brake extension and shock mount kit, and a caster alignment kit are included. The caster kit improves steering performance by restoring the correct caster angle, which is crucial for handling when the vehicle has been lifted. During the development of Old Man Emu’s Nitrocharger Sport shock absorbers, particular focus was placed on how well they are matched to the specific springs they’ll be controlling; with Ride Control Engineers tailoring shock absorber valving to work with the different springs in the range, often resulting in multiple shock absorber options for each vehicle.
