Description

Elevate your Jimny's Performance game with Boostec's Performance Intake Manifold. 

Flow tested to exceed 500hp applications & tested in Australia to exceed 300hp. 
Designed for performance for turbo applications primarily & pressure tested to exceed 4 bar / 60 psi applications making it perfect for racing applications. 

Achieve more efficient fuel burn with less fuel consumption measured to achieve same torque as OEM manifold, whilst exceeding upper flow limits of OEM manifold. 

Design completed by in-house by former European Formula race engineer.

Features: 

  • Printed aluminium (Weldable, low porosity exceeding typical cast materials standard) 2mm thick in body, 1.8mm pipe work
  • Designed with flow and efficiency in mind, exceeding 390g/s @ 1 bar differential
    Intricate details have been added internally that cannot be done by CNC.
  • Computational flow dynamics tested for best flow
  • "Lock and hold" flange designs
  • Internal support structures
  • Reliefs for expansion
  • "Velocity stack" style internal runners
  • Supports designed-in for all OEM accessories and parts
  • All thru-skin fittings are capped and can be fully removed
