Order Cancellations & Returns
An order cancellation fee will apply for orders which are cancelled after payment has been made for the order if the order has not shipped yet. This covers administration, along with bank charges and fees associated with third party payment gateway providers such as Shopify Visa, Shopify Mastercard, Shopify Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip & Latitude who do not refund transactions fee's for cancelled orders. In a recent policy change Shopify now charge the Merchant an additional 1% fee of the total order value in U.S.D. for all payments processed by a third party payment gateway which are also not refundable.
The cancellation charge is 10% of the total order including shipping charges. To avoid the cancellation charge a store credit can be applied for alternate products equal to the order value. Please note there is no expiry date applied to store credits.
Trade orders, international orders, sale & discounted items, pre-sale & made-to-order products, and local collection opted orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refund. Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Beyond 30 days we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the replacement or store credit.
If you are approved, then you, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account that carries no expiry date.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please periodically check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: OZ Jimny, 128 Siganto Drive, Helensvale QLD 4212, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Information
All products purchased from OZ Jimny are covered by the Product Manufacturers Warranty, and are governed by their individual warranty claim Terms and Conditions. OZ Jimny strongly recommends all products are fitted by a Qualified, Insured & Highly Experienced 4x4 Workshop.
Warranty periods will begin from the time the product has shipped to the customer.

The claim information will be sent to the Manufacturer for assessment within 3 business days. If further information is required from the Manufacturer, OZ Jimny will make this request via email.
The Manufacturers Product Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective or faulty parts and does not include any costs incurred in labour for the removal or re-fitment of parts or damage incurred as a result of the product’s fitment.
